DV防止法2023改正のポイント
（2024.4施行）
- 接近禁止命令の対象に精神的DVを追加
…相談件数は増加傾向。精神的DVが6割を占める
「心身に重大な危害を受けるおそれが大きいとき」 - 接近禁止命令違反への罰則が「懲役2年以下または
200万円以下の罰金」に厳罰化 - 接近禁止命令の期間が1年に伸長
- 被害者が住居を所有する場合などに、退去命令の期間
を6か月とする特例を新設 - こどもの保護として、電話等禁止命令を追加
